Special Instructions

This popular camp introduces kids to ninja warrior-style obstacle course training, combining agility, mobility, and plyometric play to build foundational athletic skills. We apply the Science of Sport by focusing on developing stability, balance, and muscular endurance through challenging stations, helping children understand how their muscles work to achieve new feats (Anatomy & Physiology). Every element of the obstacle course is designed to sharpen reaction time, focus, and physical literacy, reinforcing that movement is the ultimate brain-fuel for strong minds (The STEM Connection). This is a high-energy, non-competitive program where every little ninja can enjoy personal challenges, build confidence, and experience the optimal joy of movement. Located at Beyonad Alphabets center in Mission Viejo.

Classes are held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:59 PM. Click to view specific dates and times.

Event requires a yearly registration fee of $40.00 (per kid).
