Our technique-oriented sports classes combine games, drills, activities, and exercises to encourage strong basic skills and proper mechanics that keep them fit and having fun year-around! Perfect for preschoolers as this program focuses on motor skill development, sportsmanship, and introducing the fundamentals of a variety of different sports and physical education activities.
