Special Instructions

Kidokinetics is a unique and exciting program that introduces children to 25 different sports, activities and several important physical exercises in a fun, non-competitive environment. These fun days feature a warm up, an introduction to a 2-3 sports or activities, free play, cool down and an age appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson.  This is a community event sponsored by Early Learning Hub of Clackamas County to help get kids in our community active!
