It's a Funday every week at Eco Tots 2 in Hanover when kids enroll in Kidokinetics Sports Class.  Our classes support young children's physical development in a creative and fun way using sports and high energy exercises that boosts coordination, builds confidence, and sparks a love for physical activity. 

• Our trained coaches guide students in fun warm up and cool down activities that promote stretching and body awareness, and engage children in age appropriate sports lessons such as Jai Alai, Football, Basketball and more.
• We incorporate playful skill and drill lessons using child-sized equipment and materials suited just for Toddlers.
• Our multi-sports curriculum is geared for ages 18 months - 5 years and supports hand-eye coordination, balance, agility, and coordination. 
• Our learning focus is on the development of motor skills  such as building hand-eye coordination, bilateral coordination, object control, accuracy, rolling and curling, AND social skills such as self-awareness, self-regulation, taking turns, listening, following multi-step directions, and working cooperatively in a group.
