Our classes are designed to enhance motor development and social skills. Our lessons include age-appropriate games, introduction to up to 30 different sports, and fun activities that aim to promote movement, coordination, and positive interactions among young children.  We bring the F.U.N. (Fundamentals of Fitness, Understandable to all, in a Non-competitive and supportive environment where all children have a chance to play, shine, and enjoy themselves while being active. 

We incorporate child friendly music, high energy coaches, prizes, and take home activity cards for parents.  We also teach children about their muscles and bones and end each class with a bubble celebration.  Sign up today - space is limited!
