Our classes offer an introduction to sports designed to help kids get moving and build confidence! Each week features a warm up, a new sports focus and activity to practice newly acquired skills.  Our certified coaches lead children in warm up and cool down exercises, and teach age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson. This Season we will focus on our Nothing But Nets & Ninjas series which is a combination of Volleyball, Floor Hockey, Basketball, and Obstacle course challenges to learn agility, accuracy, flexibility, balance, throwing, endurance, and coordination, just to name a few. This season we will highlight Olympic themed fun games and incorporate our bubble blast, parachute play, and sticker/stamp prize to conclude the fun.
