Kidokinetics Tumble Time is a unique sports enrichment program that focuses on many facets of the wonderful sport of gymnastics! Each week, the children will learn about new gymnastics activities and skills, such as basic tumbling skills, bouncing on the mini trampoline, using the balance beam, and traversing a tunnel, helping building confidence and coordination in a playful, supportive setting.

Our focus lies in fostering a F.U.N — **Fundamental, Understandable, and Noncompetitive** — learning environment, so kids grow without pressure and build lifelong skills. 

What to Expect:
- Focus on coordination, gross motor skills, and all sorts of gymnastics fun
- Every child gets to use the equipment and participates every time
- Each class includes warm-up, a new gymnastics activity, lots of fun practice, and a cool down led by experienced coaches.
- Support of whole-child development via seven key fitness elements:  **endurance, strength, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination, and confidence**.
