Kidokinetics SportsPlay is a FUN program that targets social, physical and cognitive development through dynamic play. Through fun games and positive reinforcement, children will experience the joy of being active. Children build their confidence by practicing the fundamentals of a new sport each week while focusing on fine and gross motor skills. Lessons are age-based and are all taught in a non-competitive framework that emphasizes playful achievement. Each class includes a warm up, new skills, physical games and activities, and a cool down.

Special Instructions

Please have your child wear comfortable clothing and shoes that they can run, jump and be active in!
