Kidokinetics Sports Play is a unique and exciting program designed to promote sports and fitness to children. Kids will be introduced to a new sport (ex: volleyball, basketball, pickleball, kickball, football, bowling, disc golf, T-ball, tennis, golf, badminton, lacrosse etc.) each week with a focus on learning the basics of a wide variety of sports, developing gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination and enhancing physical fitness, balance, agility, and teamwork.

Every kid will get their own sports equipment, and every kid will participate, every time. Kidokinetics programming incorporates seven elements of fitness (Cardiopulmonary and Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular strength, Muscular endurance, Flexibility, Agility, Balance, and Coordination) for comprehensive child development.

At Kidokinetics, learning is all about having F.U.N: Fundamental, Understandable, and Noncompetitive. Your child will explore and grow without the pressures of competition, fostering self-esteem and self-confidence. With several different sports and other important physical exercises, children will feel confident when playing any sport growing up.

Event requires a yearly registration fee of $35.00 (per kid).
