Each day kicks off with an energy-boosting warm-up, followed by a fresh introduction to a new sport or activity — from soccer to obstacle courses and yoga — designed to spark curiosity, develop skills, and inspire movement.

Campers enjoy time for free play, cool-down stretches, and fun, age-appropriate lessons about how their muscles and bones help them move, play, and grow strong.
