Kidokinetics is a nationwide sports enrichment program that has partnered with St. Michael Catholic School to offer a playful introduction to sports for Kids 5-12 that makes exercise really fun! The evidence is in and it’s overwhelming. Increased physical activity in youth has beneficial physical, cognitive, social and emotional benefits that help them develop.
Our coaches will work with the kids daily to build their confidence through play and build teamwork with the group. They will be in structured environment that empowers them to build skills of their choice.
AfterCare Program Timings:
Mon, Tue, Thur 2:15 PM - 5:00 PM
Wed, Fri 2:15 PM - 4:30 PM
Event requires a yearly registration fee of $35.00 (per kid).
