Get your little one moving, learning, and having a blast with Kidokinetics Preschool Sports & Fitness! Designed just for preschoolers, this high-energy program introduces children to the FUNdamentals of sports in a playful, supportive environment. Each week features a new sport, helping kids build confidence, coordination, and key gross motor skills, while also developing problem-solving and listening skills, and encourage social-emotional learning.  Our non-competitive approach ensures that every child feels successful, included, and excited to participate—no matter their skill level.
