Kidokinetics Gymnastics Play is a fun, engaging, and developmentally-focused program designed to introduce children to the foundations of gymnastics in an encouraging and non-competitive environment. Each week, children will learn essential gymnastics skills such as balance, coordination, body control, strength, flexibility, tumbling, jumping, rolling, and proper gymnastics shapes (like Pike, Straddle, Tuck, etc.). We focus on teaching safe progressions, building core fundamentals, and helping children feel confident in their movement. Throughout class, children develop key physical skills including gross motor coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, strength, and spatial awareness. Every child participates fully and gets to use age-appropriate gymnastics equipment and props — ensuring hands-on learning and continuous movement.

Kidokinetics programming incorporates the seven elements of fitness (Cardiopulmonary and Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, Agility, Balance, and Coordination) for well-rounded physical development. At Kidokinetics, we foster a learning environment rooted in F.U.N: Fundamental, Understandable, and Noncompetitive. Children explore, grow, and challenge themselves without the pressure of competition — fostering self-esteem, confidence, and a lifelong love of movement. Experienced Kidokinetics coaches lead upbeat classes each week, including a warm-up, skill introduction, movement circuits, tumbling practice, a cool-down, and an age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson.

Special Instructions

This $0.00 registration is for the weekly Kidokinetics classes at this center. Similar to other enrichment programs at this center, the billing for these weekly sessions will be managed centrally through the center, and the charges will appear on your monthly childcare invoice. This enrollment reserves a spot by paying an annual enrollment fee to Kidokinetics for roster management.
