Each week your children will rise and thrive with CONFIDENCE through active PLAY. We have over 22 unique and intentional sport plans. Key concepts are teamwork, communication, and leadership! We focus on speed, flexibility, accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, reaction time, muscular power, and endurance. Plus, we dive into understanding how our muscles, bones, and organs support us during PLAY! Join us for Fundamental, Understandable, Non-competitive FUN!
