Kidokinetics Summer Camp: Ages 4-6. We begin camp with affiliation, warm-ups, stretching and light games to get the children moving. After the warm-ups, we introduce a sport with skills being the first intro, followed by games to let them practice their skills. After the sports games, it’s craft time, snacks and anatomy/muscle flipbook/nutrition review. This time is designed for rest so all activities compliment those objectives. The last hour is a repeat of the first hour but with a different sport/fitness activity. We end the session with some fun parachute games, hoops or light interactive games. Each day is a new sport/fitness activity.
