Kidokinetics Sports Sampler programs are designed to provide a FUN way to introduce children to a new sport every week! Regardless of a child’s level or ability, this program introduces fundamental sports concepts in a safe, non-competitive environment. We teach the building blocks of self-confidence, teamwork and every child feels like a winner! Sports include: Golf, Tennis, Basketball, Soccer, Baseball/T-ball, Football, Volleyball, Obstacle Course, Jai Lai (scoop ball), Throw & Catch, Relays, Parachute activities and more.
Class will take place on the Indoor Turf at North Olmsted Recreation Center. Please bring a water bottle. Wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes or athletic shoes Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes or sneakers
