Get your little one moving, running, jumping, hoping, and exploring with Kidokinetics!  Kidokinetics is bringing the fun to Bambini with our amazing enrichment classes where we introduce children ages 1-10 to up to 29 different sports. Each week is a super fun adventure where we explore a variety of sports like soccer, basketball, Jai Alai, golf, bowling, flag football and more through exciting games and activities.  Your Child will boost their balance, coordination, and confidence - plus learn cool things about their bones and muscles in every class. 

Our certified coaches make fitness fun through games, music and movement, obstacles courses, parachute play, bubbles and prizes.  We bring equipment for every child and provide weekly updates via our take home activity cards.  Spaces are limited and fill up fast!  Don't let your child miss out on the fun, fitness, and fundamental skills Kidokinetics provides.

Special Instructions

Our classes are designed to enhance motor development and social skills. Our lessons include age-appropriate games, introduction to up to 30 different sports, and fun activities that aim to promote movement, coordination, and positive interactions among young children.  We bring the F.U.N. (Fundamentals of Fitness, Understandable to all, in a Non-competitive and supportive environment where all children have a chance to play, shine, and enjoy themselves while being active.  We incorporate child friendly music, high energy coaches, prizes, and take home activity cards for parents.  We also teach children about their muscles and bones and end each class with a bubble celebration. It's a party each week!  We learn, we move, we grow....and we hope your child can join us.
