Our multi-sport curriculum includes age-appropriate games and fun activities that aim to promote movement, coordination, and positive interactions among young children.
We bring the F.U.N. (Fundamentals of Fitness, Understandable to all, in a Non-competitive and supportive environment where all children have a chance to play, shine, and enjoy themselves while being active.
We incorporate child friendly music, high energy coaches, prizes, and take-home activity cards for parents.
We also teach children about their muscles and bones and end each class with a bubble celebration.
Classes are held Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Click to view specific dates and times.
