Special Instructions

Kidokinetics Jr. is an introductory sports class for kids and their grown-ups! Move, stretch and build confidence together while learning sports fundamentals and play skills.  Our curriculum is designed to get young children engaged in active play to encourage a positive attitude toward sports and physical activity and to provide the opportunity for interaction with other children in a structured setting.  Activities include soccer, basketball, volleyball, hockey, parachute games, tennis, baseball, obstacle courses, hula hoops and lots more!
