Special Instructions

.Kidokinetics is a sports program designed especially for preschoolers!  Through the introduction of a variety of sports, we focus on basic gross motor skills and sports fundamentals. Classes build confidence while stressing cooperation, discipline, and good sportsmanship.  Coaches are positive and encouraging and classes are non-competitive.  Activities include football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, hockey, tennis, baseball and many more!
