Kidokinetics empowers kids to play confidently by providing a fun introduction to sports through physical education programming offered at local centers, schools, parks, and more. Each class has the F.U.N Factor: Fundamental, Understandable, & Noncompetitive!
Kids have weekly 30-45min sessions with our Kidokinetics certified coaches to learn:
-Stretches
-Muscle Warmup Drills
-Sport Skill Instruction
-Group Games & Activities
-Push Ups & Sit Ups
-Muscle & Bone Physiology
...and they'll receive stickers or stamps upon completion!

Special Instructions

Please 'add to cart' and complete registration to enroll your kiddo in our weekly multi-sport coaching sessions.
Initial charges = one annual registration fee + 4 sessions (recurring subscription billed every 4 weeks). Child will receive class T-shirt, delivered to your home.
Temporarily pause for a week or cancel subscription anytime!
