Join Kidokinetics MN West at Creekside Children's Place for our exciting 8-Week Fall SportsPlay Program, starting September 8, 2025! Designed for kids ages 1-10, our Fundamental, Understandable, and Noncompetitive (F.U.N.) classes introduce a new sport each week—like soccer, basketball, pickleball, tennis, or disc golf—sparking a love for fitness while building confidence, teamwork, and essential skills.
Weekly Adventures: From warm-ups to skill drills and free play, kids explore sports like volleyball, lacrosse, or bowling, ending with a fun anatomy lesson.
Inclusive & Engaging: Every child gets their own equipment and participates fully in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
Skill-Building: Develops gross motor skills, coordination, balance, agility, and seven key fitness elements (endurance, strength, flexibility, and more).
Expert Coaches: Our certified team brings enthusiasm and all equipment to make every session a blast!
When: 8-week session, September 8 – October 28, 2025
Mondays: Starting 9/8, 9:00 AM
Tuesdays: Starting 9/9, 9:00 AM
Where: Creekside Children's Place, Minneapolis West
Ages: 1-10 (toddlers, preschoolers, school-age)
