Kidokinetics Multi-Sports Play is a unique and exciting program designed to promote confidence, resilience, and fitness in children. Kids will be introduced to a new sport (ex: volleyball, basketball, pickleball, kickball, football, bowling, disc golf, T-ball, tennis, golf, badminton, lacrosse etc.) each week with a focus on learning the basics of a wide variety of sports, developing gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination and enhancing physical fitness, balance, agility, and teamwork. Every kid will get their own sporting equipment and every kid will participate, every time. Kidokinetics programming incorporates seven elements of fitness (i.e., Cardiopulmonary and Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular strength, Muscular endurance, Flexibility, Agility, Balance, and Coordination) for comprehensive child development. Your child will explore and grow without the pressures of competition, fostering self-esteem and self-confidence. With several different sports and other important physical exercises, children will develop resilient attitudes towards failure in sports and life. Our Kidokinetics-trained coaches lead thrilling classes each week, featuring a warm-up, introduction to a new sport/activity, free play, cool down, and age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson.
