Kidokinetics Flag Football Program (Ages 3+)

Get ready to run, catch, and score! Our Kidokinetics Flag Football program introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of football in a fun, safe, and non-contact environment. Perfect for energetic kids who love to move, this class builds confidence, coordination, and teamwork through age-appropriate drills and games.

Children will learn:

• Basic football skills — throwing, catching, running routes, pulling flags

• Teamwork and sportsmanship

• Balance, agility, and body control

• Following directions and working together

Each class is designed to keep kids active and engaged while making the sport accessible for beginners. No prior experience is needed — just excitement and a willingness to play!

Our coaches bring enthusiasm, patience, and structured lessons that ensure every child feels encouraged and supported.

Special Instructions

Flag Football program hosted at Montessori Gifted Prep for Ages 3-6 on Wednesdays from January 14th, 2026 - March 11th, 2026 from 3:15pm-4:00pm.
