SportsPlay is a dynamic and engaging introduction to movement and sport, designed to help kids build confidence, coordination, and a love of physical activity. Each week includes a warm-up, a new sport or skill, open play, cool down, and a fun, age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson. It’s the ultimate foundation for lifelong fitness!
