Our afterschool sports club is a high-energy, fun-filled program designed to keep kids moving, engaged, and excited about physical activity. Each week, children are introduced to a new sport, game, or physical activity, giving them the chance to explore a wide variety of sports, including those they may not have had a chance to try before! From soccer, tennis, volleyball, disc-golf, lacrosse to Ninja obstacle courses, and even yoga! We've got it all!
At Kidokinetics, we believe every child can enjoy being active—not just traditional athletes. Our non-competitive, inclusive environment encourages participation, effort, and personal growth over winning or keeping score. Whether your child is already sports-minded or just starting out, they’ll gain confidence, coordination, and teamwork skills while having a blast.
