About

Kidokinetics is a nationally acclaimed sports and physical education enrichment program for kids.  Our unique and exciting program introduces children to over 20 different sports and activities in a fun, noncompetitive environment.  Kidokinetics lessons are designed to incorporate age-appropriate motor skills into fun games and activities that kids LOVE. 

Sports like volleyball, pickleball, kickball, tennis, basketball, badminton, lacrosse, and much more will be introduced. Every kid will get a piece of equipment and every kid will participate, every time. Our program will focus on fun, enjoyment, and participation rather than competition. We strive to make sure that every kid feels included, valued, and motivated to continue their own unique sports and fitness journey.

A Kido-certified coach will lead class each week.  Each class includes a warm up, introduction to a new sport or activity, games or free play, a cool down, and an age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson.  Additionally every class incorporates numerous fitness components like cardiovascular endurance, speed, agility, or coordination.  

The cost of the 12-week session is $300, billed in three equal installments.  Should spaces still be available, we welcome late enrollments!
