Kidokinetics SportsPlay gets kids moving and having fun while building the motor skills essential to their cognitive, social and emotional development. Each class features a warm up, introduction to a new sport or activity, games or free play, cool down, and an age-appropriate physiology lesson. This class bills monthly, allowing you to enroll or cancel at any time.
This class is for kids ages 2-5 enrolled at QuadCare - Sussex. Class is held in the mornings. Kiddos enrolled in the 4K program will participate after the academic part of their morning.
