Learn Through Play!

Kidokinetics Jr. SportsPlay is designed for young children who are ready to get moving while trying new sports in a fun and engaging environment. Through age-appropriate games and activities, children explore a variety of sports such as soccer, basketball, baseball, football, hockey, to name a few! Classes focus on developing fundamental gross motor skills including running, jumping, throwing, catching, kicking, and balance. In addition to physical skills, children build confidence, social skills, listening, teamwork, and the ability to follow directions.

All activities are non-competitive and emphasize participation, encouragement, and fun—allowing children to try new skills, take healthy risks, and enjoy being active.
