Planned Start Date: Monday, September 8, 2025 (pending minimum enrollment)
NOTE: If minimum enrollment is not met, we will email you a few days before the start date to confirm and ensure no charges are made.
Billing
First payment: Charged at enrollment, with monthly billing continuing automatically each month.
Weekend or holiday billing dates: Payments will be processed on the previous or next business day.
No-school days or holidays: We adjust your monthly cost so you only pay for classes held.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel, please email 📧 nwportland@kidokinetics.com at least two weeks before your next scheduled payment. Your first payment is charged at enrollment, and following payments are charged on the same day each month unless it falls on a weekend or holiday.
Registration Fee: A $35 annual registration fee applies per child enrolled. Each child receives one t-shirt at their initial enrollment. For households with multiple children, the fee and t-shirt apply to each child individually.
ClassDojo: The app is optional and can be downloaded here. You’ll receive an invite within 24-72 hours after enrollment. While we may share updates & photos, please keep in mind that they may not be frequent. Coaches prioritize teaching the class, so photos/videos may not always be taken.
