Each week features a warm up, an introduction to a new sport or activity, free play, cool down and an age appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson. Kidokinetics is the ultimate action-packed experience for kids! Each
session introduces your child to a new sport—from golf, tennis, and
basketball to football, hockey, baseball, and more. Every week includes
exciting warm-ups, skill-building games, free play, cool-down time,
and even fun lessons in anatomy and physiology designed just for
kids. It’s more than play—it’s a foundation for healthy habits,
teamwork, and lifelong confidence.
