Kidokinetics 'Nothing But Nets' is a unique and exciting program designed to promote sports and fitness to children. Kids will be introduced to TENNIS, PICKLEBALL, VOLLEYBALL, and BADMINTON, focusing on learning the basics of these sports, developing gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and enhancing physical fitness, balance, agility, and teamwork. Every kid will get their own sports equipment and participate every time. Kidokinetics programming incorporates seven elements of fitness (Cardiopulmonary and Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular strength, Muscular endurance, Flexibility, Agility, Balance, and Coordination) for comprehensive child development. Learning at Kidokinetics involves having F.U.N.: Fundamental, Understandable, and Noncompetitive. Your child will explore and grow without the pressures of competition, fostering self-esteem and self-confidence. With several different sports and other important physical exercises, children will feel confident when playing any sport growing up. Kidokinetics experienced coaches lead fun classes each week, focusing on warm-up, introduction to a new sport or activity, free play, cool down, and an age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson.
