Parents can expect their kids to engage in technique-oriented sports activities that combine games, drills, and exercises that encourage basic skills and brain development. Kids learn a new muscle or bone during each class and go home with a card explaining what they learned. Regardless of a child’s level or ability, Kidokinetics programs introduce basic concepts of 20 different sports in a safe, non-competitive, and fun environment.

Kids need to come in clothes and shoes they can run in, and bring a water bottle

Event requires an yearly registration fee of $35.00 (per kid).
