This unique program provides your child with encouragement and confidence. Regardless of a child’s level or ability, this program introduces basic concepts of a variety of sports in a safe, non-competitive environment, and ensures that every child learns values (self-esteem, self-confidence, teamwork, sportsmanship, kindness, respect) and feels like a winner!

CLASS DURATION = 1-3yrs 30 min, 4yrs+ 40 min Class Format: Warm-up, Sport, Free play/games, Cool down, Anatomy & physiology lesson
