Regardless of a child’s level or ability, this program introduces the gross motor movements that support cognitive development and personal confidence for a lifetime of growth. We use a variety of martial arts in a safe, non-competitive environment, and ensure that every child builds self-esteem, self-confidence, learns teamwork, and feels like a winner!

Special Instructions

CHILDREN MUST BE ENROLLED ONLINE TO PARTICIPATE.

Online enrollment will cover the registration fee. Registration fees also provide the uniform (gi). Class fees will be collected directly by the school.

The program provides a 6-week, weekly classes. Refunds are not provided for missed sessions.

These sessions are designed to introduce children to the joy of physical activity through a range of engaging sports and games. Whether it’s running, jumping, or throwing, each activity is tailored to develop motor skills, improve coordination, and foster team spirit in a supportive environment. Encourage your child to embrace an active lifestyle and build a foundation for lifelong health and fitness with our Kidokinetics program.

​We are thrilled to announce that Kidokinetics SportsPlay is coming to Guidepost Montessori at Galleria! This engaging program offers children a fun and dynamic introduction to various sports, promoting physical fitness, coordination, and confidence in a non-competitive and inclusive environment.​

Program Highlights:

• Diverse Sports Exposure: Each week, children will explore a new sport, including activities like volleyball, basketball, pickleball, kickball, football, bowling, disc golf, T-ball, tennis, golf, badminton, lacrosse, and more. This variety helps develop gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and agility. ​Kidokinetics

• Structured Class Format: Sessions include a warm-up, sport-specific skills and drills, free play, cool down, and an age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson, ensuring a comprehensive physical education experience. ​Kidokinetics

• Qualified Instructors: Our certified coaches are dedicated to creating a supportive atmosphere where every child feels encouraged to participate and enjoy physical activity.​

Program Details:​

• Regular Classes: Starting Tuesday, May 27th, classes will be held weekly on Tuesdays from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, featuring two 30-minute sessions tailored for young learners.​

• Enrollment: This dedicated landing page has been created for parents to access all class details and the sign-up process. No payment is required at the time of registration—families will only be charged once the first class begins.​
