Special Instructions

We're a multi-sport program providing research-based enrichment and physical activity to children ages eighteen months to twelve years old. With over twenty different sports offered, we introduce common and the not-so-common sports in a fun, non-competitive way. Our exercises aid in the development of fine and gross motor skills, build confidence, and educate them on the bones and muscles of the human body. While our short-term goal is to provide a non-intimidating environment to fine tune these skills at their own pace, we're hoping that the Kidokinetics program leads to a lifelong passion in a particular sport or for movement as a whole.
