Kidokinetics creates the ultimate athletic experience with our science-based program! The program includes over 20 sports and endless creative activities to foster movement that supports gross motor skill development, hand-eye coordination, confidence, and FUN! The SportsPlay class offers a fun introduction to sports, designed to get toddlers and preschoolers moving. Children will have a chance to experience different pieces of equipment and plenty of cross-body movement. Each week features a warm-up and stretch, an introduction to a new sport with age-appropriate skills and drills, an interactive game, and a cool-down that recaps our accomplishments and highlights a bone or muscle of the day. Participants should bring a water bottle and wear gym shoes.

Class will be divided into 5-10 students depending on enrollment numbers and ages.

Classes will begin August 22nd and run until Thanksgiving break

Kidokinetics SportPlay is a sports and fitness program designed to introduce kids to a variety of sports and physical activities in a fun, non-competitive environment. The program focuses on developing motor skills, coordination, and a love for movement through engaging, age-appropriate activities. It caters to children of different age groups, promoting confidence, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle.

• WHO: This class is open to the public ages 2-12yrs old
• WHERE: Classes will be held at River Garden Park  
• WHEN: 9:30am-10:30am 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month **No class April 26th** 
• ENROLLMENT: You must be enrolled in order to attend classes. There is a $25 annual enrollment fee that will include a Kidokinetics t-shirt. 
• PARKING: Please, park at the in the River Garden Parking lot **DO NOT** park at the Tennessee Welcome Center

Please dress in comfortable athletic clothing, tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle there is a fountain on site!

We will provide all equipment needed for each sport!
