Through fun games and positive reinforcement, children will experience the joy of being active. Children build their confidence by practicing the fundamentals of a new sport each week while focusing on fine and gross motor skills. Lessons are age-based and are all taught in a non-competitive framework that emphasizes playful achievement. Each class includes a warm up, new skills, physical games and activities, and a cool down.

Special Instructions

Please have your child wear comfortable clothing and shoes that they can run, jump and be active in!

Kidokinetics Sports Play is a unique and exciting program designed to promote sports and fitness to children. Kids will be introduced to a new sport (volleyball, basketball, kickball, football, disc golf, T-ball, tennis, soccer etc.) each week. Our certified coaches will teach the fundamentals of a wide variety of sports, developing gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination and enhancing physical fitness, balance, agility, and teamwork.

Special Instructions

*This class is for kids ages 3, 4 and Pre-K enrolled at North Ridgeville KinderCare. Each 35 minute PE class is held in the morning.
