A joyful introduction to movement, play, and sports!

Our SportsPlay program for ages 2–3 is a fun, active introduction to physical activity designed just for toddlers. Each class is full of age-appropriate movement, music, and hands-on exploration using kid-sized sports equipment. We focus on helping little ones develop foundational gross motor skills while having fun in a supportive, play-based setting.

In each 30-minute session, children will:

• Practice basic movements like running, jumping, throwing, and balancing

• Explore new sports and activities through imaginative play

• Improve coordination, spatial awareness, and body control

• Learn how to follow directions, take turns, and participate as a group

With a new activity or sport introduced each week, kids stay engaged while building confidence and a love for movement from an early age.

Our experienced coaches lead every class with enthusiasm and care—we provide all equipment, and every child gets to participate, every time!

SportsPlay for toddlers is the perfect first step toward a lifelong love of physical activity.

Movement, play, and early sports skills—all in one high-energy class!

Our SportsPlay program for ages 3–5 introduces young children to the joy of movement and the basics of sports through fun, imaginative play. Each class features age-appropriate activities that help build coordination, motor skills, and confidence—all while keeping kids active and engaged.

Every 30-minute session includes:

• A playful warm-up and obstacle course

• A new sport or activity each week—like soccer, tennis, scoops, frisbee, and more

• Skill-based games that focus on running, jumping, throwing, kicking, and balancing

• Group play that encourages teamwork, listening, and following directions

With new sports and equipment introduced weekly, kids stay excited and curious about moving their bodies. Our energetic coaches create a positive, supportive space where every child participates, every time—no experience needed!

SportsPlay is the perfect way to help preschoolers develop a lifelong love of movement, while building confidence, coordination, and social skills through play.
