About

This program is specifically designed for children ages 3–10. NinjaPlay is a martial arts-inspired movement class that focuses on building confidence, coordination, and discipline – all within a fun, safe, and completely non-contact environment. There's no partner work or combat; instead, the focus is on developing motor skills through:

• Balance and coordination drills
• Obstacle courses to build agility and confidence
• Safe, acrobatic-style movements (like rolls, jumps, and safety exercises)
• Beginner martial arts movements like stances and controlled kicks
• Activities using soft targets, clapper pads, and inflatable punching bags

Special Instructions

"The program is billed monthly on the same date each month. Refunds are not provided for missed sessions. You may cancel at any time with a two-week notice to Kidokinetics."


This class is reserved for students who attend Children's Lighthouse of Alamo Ranch
