SportsPlay is a dynamic and engaging introduction to movement and sport, designed to help kids build confidence, coordination, and a love of physical activity. Each week includes a warm-up, a new sport or skill, open play, cool down, and a fun, age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson. It’s the ultimate foundation for lifelong fitness! You will be charged the first day of classes on 6/20, and will be charged monthly after that. No class days on 7/4 has been taken into account. There is a one time annual registration fee of $35 that includes a t shirt. Join us for a fun joint camp in partnership with  First Tee - Oregon. This 2.5 hour camp is designed for kids ages 5–6 and combines an introduction to golf with fun, movement-based activities that support physical development, confidence, and social interaction. Campers will spend the first portion of the session with First Tee coaches learning basic golf fundamentals through games and age-appropriate instruction, followed by a separate segment led by Kidokinetics coaches focused on multi-sport movement, coordination, and active play.
