Kidokinetics introduces children to more than 20 different sports and fitness activities in a fun, engaging, and non-competitive environment. Our classes focus on building fundamental movement skills, teamwork, and confidence, giving kids a strong foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle.

For our Touchstone Hillsboro program, your KIDOs will enjoy a mix of activities from our curriculum, including Flag Fun, Noodle Play, and Ninja Play.

We use ClassDojo to share photos, videos, and highlights of what was taught in class. The app is optional and can be downloaded here. You’ll receive your ClassDojo invite before class

Please keep in mind that we love sharing glimpses from class when we can, but coaches’ main priority is keeping kids active and engaged, so updates may not be provided weekly.
