About

Kidokinetics empowers kids to play confidently by providing a fun introduction to sports through physical education programming offered at local centers, schools, parks, and more. Each class has the F.U.N Factor: Fundamental, Understandable, & Noncompetitive!
Kids have weekly 30-45min sessions with our Kidokinetics certified coaches to learn:
-Stretches
-Muscle Warmup Drills
-Sport Skill Instruction
-Group Games & Activities
-Push Ups & Sit Ups
-Muscle & Bone Physiology
...and they'll receive stickers or stamps upon completion!

Special Instructions

Please 'add to cart' and complete registration to enroll your kiddo in our weekly multi-sport coaching sessions.
Initial charges = one annual registration fee + 4 sessions (recurring subscription billed every 4 weeks). Child will receive class T-shirt, delivered to your home.

We bring the fun! We introduce kids ages 18months and up to new sports and physical activities each week in a noncompetitive environment. We bring equipment for every kid to practice & play while building their skillset and confidence. Each class contains stretching, warm-up, skills practice & games, cool down push-ups/sit-ups, and we teach a muscle or bone. Your kid is going to look forward to our class every week! (Pause/Cancel anytime, we are very flexible on vacations and doctor visits)

Our Kidokinetics coaches are bringing the fun to La Petite each Friday morning! Your kiddos will complete stretches, warmups, learn age-appropriate sport skills, games, teamwork, muscles, bones, pushups, situps, and much more! We are non-competitive, building confidence in your little ones through the power of PLAY!
