Join us for weekly classes where all children have a chance to play, shine, and enjoy themselves while being active.  Our classes are designed to enhance motor development and social skills. Lessons include age-appropriate games, introduction to up to 30 different sports, and fun activities that aim to promote movement, coordination, and positive interactions among young children.  We bring the F.U.N. (Fundamentals of Fitness, Understandable to all, in a Non-competitive and supportive environment.

We also teach children about their muscles and bones and each class ends with a bubble celebration.
