Join one of our Kido-certified coaches for a FREE SportsPlay class with Kidokinetics!  Our comprehensive multisports and fitness approach is noncompetitive, confidence-building, and developmentally appropriate.

This free class is for kids interested in trying out our SportsPlay program.  You must be ages 2-5 and enrolled at Little Bear Waterford

About

Kidokinetics SportsPlay gets kids moving and having fun while building the motor skills essential to their cognitive, social and emotional development. Each class features a warm up, introduction to a new sport or activity, games or free play, cool down, and an age-appropriate physiology lesson. The cost of this four-class session is $70, split into two equal monthly payments.

Class meets on the following dates:
