SportsPlay for Kindergarten and 1st grade

SportsPlay is a dynamic and engaging introduction to movement and sport, designed to help kids build confidence, coordination, and a love of physical activity. Each week includes a warm-up, a new sport or skill, open play, cool down, and a fun, age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson. It’s the ultimate foundation for lifelong fitness!

SuperSport for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Grade

SuperSport offers a variety of gameplay from sports like Flag Football, Lacrosse, and Baseball. SuperSport plans on keeping students active and engaged in a team oriented, fun-first environment! The activities will focus on every participant's physical development; which would test speed, agility, coordination, balance, accuracy and stamina. Each sport will be split up by 3-week sessions.
