Kidokinetics SportsPlay gets kids moving and having fun while building the motor skills essential to their cognitive, social and emotional development. Each class features a warm up, introduction to a new sport or activity, games or free play, cool down, and an age-appropriate physiology lesson. This class bills monthly, allowing you to enroll or cancel at any time.
