Kidokinetics Multi-Sports Play is a unique and exciting program designed to promote sports and fitness to children. Kids will be introduced to a new sport (ex: volleyball, basketball, pickleball, kickball, football, bowling, disc golf, T-ball, tennis, golf, badminton, lacrosse etc.) each week with a focus on learning the basics of a wide variety of sports, developing gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination and enhancing physical fitness, balance, agility, and teamwork. Every kid will get their own sports equipment and every kid will participate, every time. Kidokinetics programming incorporates seven elements of fitness (Cardiopulmonary and Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular strength, Muscular endurance, Flexibility, Agility, Balance, and Coordination) for comprehensive child development. At Kidokinetics, learning is all about having F.U.N: Fundamental, Understandable, and Noncompetitive. Your child will explore and grow without the pressures of competition, fostering self-esteem and self-confidence. With several different sports and other important physical exercises, children will feel confident when playing any sport growing up. Kidokinetics experienced coaches lead fun classes each week focusing on warm-up, introduction to a new sport or activity, free play, cool down, and an age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson.

Special Instructions

This registration is for weekly Kidokinetics classes. You will not be charged for no class days due to holidays and we will run a make-up session. If you wish to cancel, you can do so by providing 2 weeks' written notice anytime. For missing/skipping a class, we request at least 24 hours' notice. Kidokinetics is a one-of-a-kind and exciting way to introduce children (ages 2-12) to 20 different sports and several important physical exercises in a fun and non-competitive environment. A non-competitive environment is proven to help children gain confidence while trying new sports they may not have played before. Kidokinetics lessons are programmed to incorporate and develop age-appropriate motor skills into fun games and activities that the kids LOVE…and don't realize are physical exercise. Along with developing gross motor skills, Kidokinetics also enhances physical fitness, improves self-confidence, and builds a sense of teamwork. Special Instructions

This registration is for Kidokinetics Winter program starting on 11/03 until 12/15. Class days will be Mondays from 1:15pm to 2:00pm. Please note there is no class on 11/24.
