Our classes offer a fun introduction to sports designed to help kids get moving and build confidence! Each week features a warm up, an introduction to a sport or activity, free play, cool down, and an age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson. This Fall we will focus on our Hoops, Scoops & Shots series which is a combination of our popular sports to create a fun learning experience with: basketball, lacrosse, football, jai alai, and hockey to learn agility, accuracy, flexibility, balance, throwing, kicking, endurance, coordination, and speed just to name a few. Our lessons are designed to support coordination and teamwork using classics like flag football, and capture the flag, as well as high-energy games like flag tag, parachute, and steal the tails. Kids of all ages will have a blast playing Flag Fun, Hoops, Scoops & Shots with their friends!  Enroll Today!!!

About

Our classes are designed to enhance motor development and social skills. Our lessons include age-appropriate games, introduction to up to 30 different sports, and fun activities that aim to promote movement, coordination, and positive interactions among young children.  We bring the F.U.N. (Fundamentals of Fitness, Understandable to all, in a Non-competitive and supportive environment where all children have a chance to play, shine, and enjoy themselves while being active.  We incorporate child friendly music, high energy coaches, prizes, and take home activity cards for parents.  We also teach children about their muscles and bones and end each class with a bubble celebration. It's a party each week!  We learn, we move, we grow....and we hope your child can join us.

Why is this program a game-changer for kids aged 1 to 5? Active play isn't just fun; it's crucial for their growth.

It boosts cognitive development, builds motor skills, and fuels their creativity. Our weekly lessons promote children's physical and social emotional development.  Our certified coaches lead interactive games, warm ups and cool down activities, obstacles courses, and age-appropriate drills that introduce participants to the fundamentals of sports in a fun and engaging way. We incorporate music and movement throughout all activities and children learn about their bones and muscles.  Parents receive weekly status updates via the take home activity card that highlights the learning goals, fitness activities, and sports lesson of the day.  ENROLL TODAY!  Spaces are limited.
