Our classes offer a fun introduction to sports designed to help kids get moving and build confidence! Each week features a warm up, an introduction to a sport or activity, free play, cool down, and an age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson. This Fall we will focus on our Hoops, Scoops & Shots series which is a combination of our popular sports to create a fun learning experience with: basketball, lacrosse, football, jai alai, and hockey to learn agility, accuracy, flexibility, balance, throwing, kicking, endurance, coordination, and speed just to name a few. Our lessons are designed to support coordination and teamwork using classics like flag football, and capture the flag, as well as high-energy games like flag tag, parachute, and steal the tails. It's a Funday every week at Eco Tots 2 in Hanover when kids enroll in Kidokinetics Sports Class.  Our classes support young children's physical development in a creative and fun way using sports and high energy exercises that boosts coordination, builds confidence, and sparks a love for physical activity. 

• Our trained coaches guide students in fun warm up and cool down activities that promote stretching and body awareness, and engage children in age appropriate sports lessons such as Jai Alai, Football, Basketball and more.
• We incorporate playful skill and drill lessons using child-sized equipment and materials suited just for Toddlers.
• Our multi-sports curriculum is geared for ages 18 months - 5 years and supports hand-eye coordination, balance, agility, and coordination. 
• Our learning focus is on the development of motor skills  such as building hand-eye coordination, bilateral coordination, object control, accuracy, rolling and curling, AND social skills such as self-awareness, self-regulation, taking turns, listening, following multi-step directions, and working cooperatively in a group.

Our certified, highly engaging, and fun loving coaches are ready to take on toddlers at Childtime Hanover during our weekly sports and fitness classes.  Kidokinetics Kidos get to explore different sports like basketball, football, kickball, Jai Alai...and more in a non-competivie, play-based environment. It's the perfect way to help them learn about different sports and enjoy fun activities that supports motor development. 

Our focus is on developing fundamental motor skills, coordination, social skills, and self-confidence. Each session is structured with a warm-up, sport introduction, skill-based games, and a cool-down. Our age appropriate lessons also includes music, obstacle courses, parachute play, an early understanding of their bodies (bones and muscles), and always ends with a bubble party.
